About the RoleA well-established consultancy is looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team in Colchester. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, develop your skills, and work towards professional qualification with full APC support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in delivering professional advice on property and construction projects
- Support senior surveyors in preparing reports and surveys
- Develop skills to take responsibility for your own projects over time
- Establish strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related field
- Work experience in Building Surveying (placement or industry experience preferred)
- Ideally working towards professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, etc.)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- £25,000 minimum salary with career development opportunities
- Full APC support towards chartership
- Exposure to a wide range of projects
- Supportive team environment
