Role: CDM/H&S Advisor
Location: Colchester – Projects across London & the South East
Sector: Property & Construction
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + industry-leading benefits
Carriera is partnering with a leading property and construction consultancy based in Colchester, Essex. They are seeking an experienced CDM/H&S Advisor to provide expert advice on CDM 2015 regulations and deliver a comprehensive health & safety service to clients.
The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of projects including residential, education, mixed-use, care home, healthcare, commercial, and regeneration schemes across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy during an exciting growth phase.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a variety of health & safety services to clients across the built environment.
- Manage H&S files, review construction phase plans, and maintain pre-construction information.
