What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people (residential experience desirable)
* Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
* Compassionate, reliable, and confident in challenging situations
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £30,499 – £32,980 per year
* Consistent, predictable rota for a better work-life balance
* Ongoing training and development opportunities
* Supportive and experienced team environment
* Clear pathways for progression and growth
* Access to wellbeing resources and employee perks
If you’re ready to play a meaningful role in helping young people heal, grow and succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
