Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, build a pipeline of customers, and deliver exceptional service to existing and new clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and digital channels.

  • Convert leads into paying customers and manage contract renewals.

  • Support internal audits and contribute to business system improvements.
Customer Service Expertise
  • Ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead Generation & Sales
  • Skilled in identifying prospects and converting them into customers.
Communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; approachable and empathetic.
IT Proficiency
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data input on spreadsheets.
Organizational Skills
  • Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
Analytical Skills
  • Ability to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Team Player
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and adaptable.
Qualifications
  • GCSE A' Level or equivalent in Mathematics and English (Grade C or above).
  • Experience in a customer service-focused environment is desirable.
