Responsibilities
- Generate leads, build a pipeline of customers, and deliver exceptional service to existing and new clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and digital channels.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present relevant solutions.
- Convert leads into paying customers and manage contract renewals.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Perform reconciliations, credit control, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide performance insights.
- Support internal audits and contribute to business system improvements.
- Ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Skilled in identifying prospects and converting them into customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; approachable and empathetic.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data input on spreadsheets.
- Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborative, resourceful, and adaptable.
- GCSE A' Level or equivalent in Mathematics and English (Grade C or above).
- Experience in a customer service-focused environment is desirable.
