Regional Business Support Analyst

Overview

Care UK is an award‑winning private care company with more than 160 care homes across the United Kingdom. We are seeking an outgoing Regional Business Support Analyst to become part of our hardworking team.

• Provide support to home managers and administrators, advising on adherence to procedures and use of business systems.
• Ad hoc advice, training, identification of issues and reporting on business issues.
• Work closely with Regional Directors to report compliance and advise on improved process compliance.
• Devise and implement action plans to reduce non‑compliance issues.
• Identify, develop and deliver cost‑effective training and support delivery methods.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of advice and training.
• Advise on business continuity planning and ensure continuity throughout holiday periods, staff absences and abstractions.
• Attend and contribute to Business System team meetings and feedback operational user and technical issues back to the Business System team.
• Test systems and processes as part of upgrading systems and developing new applications.
• Produce quality written procedures, user manuals and materials to support the use of systems and compliance with business processes.

• Experience performing a similar role in a large organisation.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of general IT systems and commonly used software packages.
• Experience delivering training and production of training documentation.
• Able to travel to residential care homes and other Care UK sites.
