Role Responsibilities:

* Managing reception and welcoming visitors
 
* Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
 
* Supporting pupil attendance and data entry
 
* General administrative support for teaching and senior staff
 
* Maintaining accurate records and files

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
 
* Previous administration experience (school experience desirable but not essential)
 
* Strong organisational and communication skills
 
* A professional, friendly and calm approach
 
* Confidence using IT and office systems
