Valuations Executive
Colchester
£25,000 – £30,000 OTE
Full‑Time | Monday to Friday
Nolan Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a growing property organisation in Colchester They are looking to welcome a meticulous and organised Valuations Executive to their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, producing high‑quality written work, and contributing to a smooth valuation process for residential properties.
You will be joining a business experiencing strong growth, where accuracy, consistency and professional presentation are valued every day.

The role:

* Preparing well‑structured residential valuation reports using internal templates and guidelines.
 
* Ensuring each report is complete, professionally formatted, and submitted within agreed time frames.
 
* Gathering and checking property data from trusted online sources such as Rightmove, Land Registry and local area insights.
 
* Uploading relevant documents including photographs, floor plans and comparable evidence into internal systems.
 
* Keeping CRM records and valuation files fully up to date and well‑organised.
 
* Flagging any discrepancies, unusual findings or missing evidence to the appropriate team members.
 
* Liaising with external property professionals to clarify or confirm valuation details.
 
* Supporting the team during high‑volume periods to ensure service levels are maintained.
The ideal candidate:
 
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
 
* Excellent written communication skills.
 
* Ability to manage varying workloads and meet deadlines.
 
* Confident user of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
 
* Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
