Your key duties in this Bid Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
* Providing administrative support to the Bid and Pre-Construction teams
* Assisting with the preparation, formatting and submission of tender documents
* Producing bid documents using InDesign / Adobe
* Collating information from internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers
* Managing bid deadlines and maintaining bid trackers and databases
Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
* Ideally experience using InDesign and/or Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong administrative background, ideally within construction or bids
* Very good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Keen, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
