• Ensure all nursing personnel comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care.
• Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
• Surveillance, rounding, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting of healthcare‑associated infections.
• Support development and implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with facility administration.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.

• Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is required.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut.
