Airport Ground Staff – Passenger Service Executive Company Overview:

As an Airport Ground Staff – Passenger Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to passengers at the airport. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that passengers have a pleasant and hassle-free travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and other areas of the airport
Check passengers' tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate
Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval
Escort passengers to and from the aircraft, and assist with boarding and disembarking
Coordinate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure smooth and timely operations
Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and efficient manner
Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of passengers and airport personnel
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including check-in counters and boarding gates
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance. Benefits:
