Electrical Project Lead

About the Role  The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for  leading and executing electrical works at the project site , managing a team of electricians, and coordinating closely with the Construction Department. This role requires strong hands-on electrical expertise combined with  project execution, supervision, planning, and safety compliance  to ensure timely and quality completion of electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise, lead, and coordinate a team of electricians and technicians at the project site
Execute and monitor electrical installation activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate closely with the Construction Department and other trades to ensure smooth project execution
Plan daily work activities, allocate manpower, and monitor progress against project timelines
Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards, site safety norms, and electrical regulations
Inspect ongoing electrical installations to ensure quality, workmanship, and adherence to standards
Identify and resolve site-related electrical issues, installation challenges, and execution constraints
Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and safety of electrical tools and equipment
Support documentation related to work completion, quality checks, and compliance requirements
Ensure timely completion of tasks and contribute to overall project delivery

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods, drawings, and technical specifications
Proven ability to supervise, lead, and manage a team of electricians effectively
Good coordination and communication skills to work with construction teams and other trades
Sound understanding of construction site safety standards and electrical safety practices
Ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor daily work activities as per project requirements
Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site electrical and execution challenges
Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and compliance standards
Ability to read drawings, schedules, follow instructions, and ensure timely task completion

Educational Qualification & Experience (Suggested)
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
5+ years of experience in electrical execution and supervision at construction or project sites
Prior experience in managing teams and handling onsite electrical projects is mandatory

Work Environment
This is a  fully onsite role  based at  Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore
Requires working closely with project teams in a dynamic construction environment
