Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven retail professional to lead and scale our franchise expansion vertical across Tamil Nadu. This role is critical to our growth plans, with a mandate to close and operationalize franchise stores  executive will handle end-to-end franchise sales, partner management, and retail coordination, working closely with internal operations teams.

The objective is to build a strong franchise network with a target of 100 stores, while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Sales & Expansion
Identify potential franchise partners across Tamil Nadu
Generate franchise leads through market visits, broker networks, references, and digital inquiries
Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and negotiations
Close franchise agreements and achieve monthly closure targets (minimum 9 stores/month)
Maintain and update franchise sales pipeline and reports

Franchise Onboarding & Store Launch
Coordinate franchise onboarding from agreement signing to store launch
Work with internal teams on store location approval, layout, and setup timelines
Ensure all franchise documentation, payments, and compliance requirements are completed
Support new franchise partners during pre-opening and launch phase

Franchise Management & Retail Operations
Act as the single point of contact for franchise partners
Ensure adherence to brand SOPs, visual merchandising, pricing, and retail standards
Monitor store performance, operational issues, and execution quality
Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams for smooth store functioning

Market Intelligence & Growth
Track competitor activity, franchise trends, and retail opportunities across TN
Identify high-potential cities, towns, and micro-markets for expansion
Provide market feedback to leadership for strategy improvement

Must Have
3–7 years of experience in retail sales / franchise sales / business development
Prior experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred
Proven track record of closing franchise or multi-store retail deals
