Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated  Retail Marketing Intern  to support the execution of marketing initiatives for our skin care and hair care products across retail channels. The intern will assist in implementing in-store marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and analysing retail performance to strengthen brand visibility and drive sales.

Qualifications And Skills

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Interest in skin care, hair care, and beauty industry trends.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Analytical mind-set with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

Retail Operations:

Assist in daily coordination with retail store staff and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Monitor store performance, product movement, and stock availability.
Support store opening/closing activities, VM setup, and promotional rollouts.
Track product availability, replenishment, and inventory updates.

Marketing & Execution

Coordinate and execute retail marketing activities across stores.
Assist with campaign execution, in-store branding, and merchandising updates.

Analytics & Reporting

Analyse daily/weekly sold counts and share insights.
Knowledge of ERP tools for inventory management.
Prepare basic reports through GA4, Shopify, and internal dashboards.
Track customer behaviour, store footfall, and conversion data.

Cross-department Coordination

Liaise with the marketing and logistics team for smooth execution.
Follow up on requirements such as store essentials, branding materials & POS assets.

Training & Support

Coordinate with store staff to ensure correct product knowledge.
Adherence to brand guidelines.
