Our focus is on taking simple agricultural raw materials and converting them into meaningful B2B food ingredients (proteins, starches, fruit powders, etc.) for beverage, nutrition, snacks, and processed-food companies.

Role Summary
Combine desk research, product mapping, and customer conversations helping the firm diversify it's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Map indigenous crops for value-added ingredients.

• Shortlist ideas based on availability, ease of processing, import dependence, and export potential and potential import substitution.

• Conduct secondary research using reliable sources (APEDA, IBEF, trade data, journals) to strengthen the developed idea.

• Build briefs: market size, players, price references, applications, gaps.

• Speak to stakeholders validating the forecasted demand..

• Understand pain points, current ingredients, demand, pricing
