Cnc Machine Operator

Description   We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CNC operations, with the ability to produce high-quality parts while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities    Set up and operate CNCVMC or VTL  machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations required.
Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Perform quality control checks on finished products and document results accurately.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications    2-6 years of experience in CNC VMC or VTL machining or related field.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and programming.
Familiarity with various CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and routers.
Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for quality control.
Basic knowledge of machining materials and their properties.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
