Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Coimbatore for a CNC/VMC Programmer and Operator. The role involves CNC programming and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) as per engineering and technical drawings. Responsibilities will include ensuring machining accuracy, performing routine troubleshooting, machine calibration, and maintaining overall operational efficiency. The candidate will also be required to collaborate with the production team and maintain adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Technical Drawings for interpreting specifications and dimensions.
Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming for various machine operations.
Hands-on experience with Machining and Milling techniques for high-precision components.
Knowledge of operating and managing Vertical Machining Centers (VMC).
Ability to perform troubleshooting, problem-solving, and machine calibration.
Strong attention to detail, quality control skills, and adherence to safety protocols.
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry and relevant technical training or certification is a plus.
