Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at our manufacturing facility in Coimbatore for the position of Plant Head. The Plant Head will oversee daily plant operations, including production planning, quality control, budgeting, and managing production processes. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, driving production goals, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Expertise in Plant Operations, including oversight of day-to-day manufacturing activities
Skills in Production Planning and Production Management, with a focus on meeting operational targets
Experience in Quality Control to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer expectations
Strong Budgeting skills to maintain cost efficiency and profitability
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Prior experience in the manufacturing or plumbing industry is advantageous
