Feasilibity Timeplan, Process Flow , Control plan.
Initiating the facilities like Tools, Fixtures, Gauges Equipments etc
Conducting Trial and Establishing the process.
Preparing the PPAP documents and approval from customer.
Handover to the production team.
Rampup on Production and Quality feedback.
Preparing documents and Good Communication skill.
Time Management.
Analytical and problem solving.
CFT Approach.
Minimum 3 - 5 years Experience in sheet metal fabrication
