About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional to lead end-to-end operations covering warehouse management, procurement, planning, logistics, and system integration. The role demands strong operational ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage large teams across multi-channel business environments such as retail, service, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management (WH):

Oversee warehouse operations across all hubs ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
Lead WMS implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimize space utilization, stock flow, and turnaround time across locations.

Planning & Procurement:

Drive demand, allocation, and replenishment planning across multiple business lines.
Manage vendor relationships, PO creation, and end-to-end procurement control.
Ensure balanced distribution and inventory alignment across the network.

Logistics & Distribution:

Oversee transport, fleet, and last-mile delivery operations.
Ensure SLA adherence, cost control, and route optimization.
Manage the Transport Management System (TMS) and coordinate with third-party logistics partners.

Systems & Automation:

Own ERP (SAP P2P) operations and ensure data integrity across procurement-to-payment processes.
Oversee third-party process and tool integration (3PP) and hub & spoke service tool management.
Drive automation across Excel-level reporting, system workflows, and machine-level efficiencies.

Inventory & Analytics:

Maintain strong controls over inventory movement, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
Monitor and manage aging inventory; implement corrective measures for faster stock rotation.
Leverage analytics for forecasting accuracy, demand planning, and process improvements.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

Lead a cross-functional team of 35–40 members across warehouse, logistics, and planning functions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational alignment and timely execution.
Build operational discipline and foster a culture of accountability and process ownership.

Preferred Profile:

10–14 years of experience in supply chain management across retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors.
Proficiency in SAP (P2P), WMS, TMS, and other ERP systems.
Strong background in vendor management, planning, and operational automation.
Proven leadership in managing multi-location operations and cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
