Job Overview
We are looking for a self managed Account Management with experience to support key accounts and deliver high-quality IT Staff Augmentation / Contingency Staffing. The role requires skills and experience for End To End Account Management, coordinating with multiple Vendors for Recruitment Support, and ensuring timely delivery of profiles to requirements while maintaining service quality and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end Account Management for Staff Augmentation.
• Act as the single point of contact for Customers, handling customer requirements, prioritization, and delivery planning.
• Manage the customer accounts, including regular status updates, and performance discussions.
• Handle vendor management, including onboarding vendors, sharing requirements, tracking submissions, and ensuring quality benchmarks.
• Drive vendor productivity by monitoring submission quality, turnaround time, and closure ratios.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, Linked In, referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, TATs, and compliance standards for all hiring activities.
• Prepare and share recruitment reports on pipeline status, vendor performance, and account health.
• Deliver a seamless and professional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / IT - Talent Acquisition for Staff Augmentation / Contingency Staffing
• Strong exposure to Customer account management and requirement fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience in vendor coordination and management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and vendors simultaneously.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and market trends.
• Experience with ATS tools and job portals such as Naukri, Linked In, etc.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and client satisfaction
