Role Description
We are looking for a high-energy  Head of Talent Acquisition  who will take complete ownership of driving and enabling the  Frontline   Sales hirings . This role is for a builder—someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and has successfully scaled teams and systems in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and energize the frontline sales hiring team to deliver results under tight deadlines
Build  future-ready talent pipelines , not just fill open roles
Drive hiring strategy aligned with business growth and transformation goals
Design and implement scalable TA systems, processes, and performance metrics
Partner closely with leadership on strategic workforce planning
Travel extensively as required to support business and hiring needs

Must-Have Experience & Skills
Proven experience managing TA in  scale-ups / high-growth organizations
Strong execution capability in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Fluency in  Hindi  (mandatory)
High ownership mindset with the ability to take independent decisions
Willingness to travel extensively pan India.
Strong business orientation—understands how talent drives revenue and growth
