Summary:

The Business Analyst serves as a link between our business stakeholders and the technical engineering team.  Should have travel domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non functional requirements.

• Create and maintain high-quality artifacts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams.

• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the development team has a steady stream of 'ready' tasks for each sprint.

• Facilitate communication between departments to resolve blockers, clarify specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope and timelines.

• Work with the QA team to define test scenarios and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems, and translate them to system/application requirements/workflows.

Skills

• Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

• Expertise in developing requirements documentation, such as User Stories, System Requirements, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria

• Ability to conduct necessary research and provide in-depth analysis to resolve production issues
