What the job is about:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys teaching young students how money works and how businesses take shape in the real world. This role is less about lectures and more about making concepts click through conversations, examples, and hands-on practice. The right person will walk into a classroom and feel comfortable guiding students to think, question, calculate, and build ideas with clarity and confidence.

What you will do:

- Conduct Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship sessions for students in Grades 3-8
- Run class activities and simulations such as Barter Trade, Market Day, Canteen Budgeting Challenge, Mini Shark Tank, and the School Trading App, and many other exciting activities
- Mentor student projects from idea to execution
- Share clear feedback after sessions and support student reflections in our LMS
- Onboard and train trainers as the program grows
- Maintain simple session trackers and delivery standards
- Work with teachers and school academic leads to ensure smooth program flow
- Support learning reports generated from the LMS

Skills that matter here:

- Clear communication and strong classroom presence
- Comfortable explaining financial concepts (saving, profit, budgeting, markets, etc.)
- Ability to make lessons relatable using stories and everyday examples
- Organized, punctual, and comfortable working across school schedules
- Basic comfort with tools like Excel, calculators, charts, or LMS dashboards
- Patient mentor who enjoys helping students refine and validate ideas
- Able to manage and guide other trainers with a quality-first mindset

Qualifications we prefer:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Education (BEd) is a must.

- 2-5 years of teaching, training, or student mentoring experience
- Prior exposure to IB, Cambridge, or IGCSE schools is a plus
- Finance or entrepreneurship certifications are helpful but not mandatory

Who will enjoy this role:

Someone who likes working with young learners, enjoys real conversations in the classroom, believes financial literacy is a life skill (not just a subject), and is excited to help students explore business thinking early in life. You should also be comfortable building and managing a small trainer network as we scale.
