Key Responsibilities

Teach Chemistry to Classes XI & XII as per CBSE syllabus and guidelines
Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, and assessments
Conduct theory and practical classes, ensuring lab safety and proper documentation
Prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams, and internal assessments
Set question papers, evaluate answer scripts, and maintain academic records
Use innovative teaching methods, ICT tools, and experiments to enhance learning
Provide academic support, mentoring, and doubt-clearing sessions for students
Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and school activities
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
Undertake any additional academic responsibilities assigned by the management
