Role Description

Kikani Global Academy is looking for a confident and enthusiastic English Communication Trainer to implement our structured communication program.

The curriculum, lesson plans, and training manuals are already designed and ready. The role focuses on effective delivery, classroom engagement, and facilitating activity-based learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver English communication classes as per the designed curriculum

• Conduct interactive, activity-based sessions

• Facilitate speaking, listening, and confidence-building exercises

• Ensure active student participation and engagement

• Provide feedback and monitor student progress

• Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment

Requirements:

• Strong command of spoken and written English

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

• Passion for teaching and student development

• Ability to confidently handle interactive sessions

• Prior teaching/training experience preferred
