Job Summary  The Training Session Coordination Assistant supports the planning, organization, and execution of training programs by collaborating with all departmental staff. The role ensures smooth communication, logistical readiness, and efficient implementation of training activities, contributing to high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities  Coordination & Communication   Liaise with department heads and faculty to schedule training sessions.
Maintain regular communication with staff regarding session details, updates, and requirements.
Prepare and circulate training schedules, notices, and reminders.
Administrative Support   Assist in preparing training materials, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms.
Maintain records of participants, feedback, and session outcomes.
Compile reports summarizing training effectiveness and participation.
Logistics Management   Coordinate venue arrangements, equipment, and technical requirements.
Ensure availability of presentation tools, stationery, and other session resources.
Support trainers during sessions to address real-time needs.
Monitoring & Follow-Up   Track attendance and ensure completion of required training modules.
Collect feedback from participants and trainers for improvement.
Follow up with departments regarding pending requirements or clarifications.

Required Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in event coordination, academic administration, or training support is preferred.
Skills & Competencies   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and time management
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
