Pay:  ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Federal Skill Academy is a CSR initiative of the Federal Bank, implemented by SB Global Educational Resources Pvt. Ltd., aimed at actively bridging the gap between skills and industry needs. Federal Skill Academy runs various programs to skill the youth from underprivileged backgrounds, enabling gainful livelihood

Counsellor- CSR Skill Development Project (Candidates from Local Areas are strictly preferred)

Responsibilities
Guide students  through career counselling, identifying suitable prospects through database calling and proactively generating valid walk-ins to meet enrollment targets.
Facilitate the enrollment process  by thoroughly scrutinizing documents and ensuring only eligible candidates are admitted, contributing to overall admission quality.
Maintain complete and accurate admission records  to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Implement outreach strategies  to effectively raise awareness about available courses and attract potential trainees.
Provide continuous support and guidance  to enrolled trainees, assisting them with registration and addressing their needs to ensure a smooth admission process.
Create accurate center reports , adhering to established standards.
Perform any other duties  assigned by the center head to support operational needs.

Qualifications &

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree
Experience total work: 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field (Preferred).
Technical:
Proficiency in basic M.S Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Professional:
Effective communication and persuasive skills, both written and verbal, in English and the regional language.
Team Work:
Problem solver, proactive and team-spirited with the ability to fulfil multiple demands in a timely manner.
