About the Role
We are looking for a kind and calm adult who has Montessori training and loves working with young children. This role is for someone who will guide toddlers and young learners during their early years in school. The teacher must be gentle, patient, and able to see each child as a unique person. The teacher will create a space where children feel safe, free, and happy to learn at their own pace.

Main Responsibilities

Creating the Environment
Set up a neat, safe, and inviting classroom that suits the needs of toddlers and young children
Make sure the materials are in good condition and placed in a way that helps children choose and work on their own
Change and refresh the materials from time to time based on what the children need

Observing and Understanding Children
Watch the children closely to understand what they are interested in and what they are ready for
Keep simple notes about each child's work and progress
Use what you see to decide what to show each child next

Guiding the Children
Show the children how to use the materials, one at a time, with care and clarity
Give space and time for each child to repeat and explore
Support the children in learning to care for themselves, for others, and for the space around them

Working with Parents and the Team
Talk to parents kindly and clearly about their child's needs and growth
Be open to learning and growing as a teacher
Work closely with other teachers to keep the environment peaceful and supportive

Who We Are Looking For
Montessori trained (AMI / IMTC preferably)
Loves being with young children and respects their pace and choices
Has a quiet and steady presence
Good at observing and patient in action
Willing to learn and grow along with the children
