Role Overview :

Seeking a patient-centered Physician to provide personalized, high-touch care focused on healthy aging, longevity, and preventive medicine. The role involves assessing, guiding, and optimizing patients’ health using integrative and lifestyle-based approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive lifestyle, metabolic, and longevity assessments.
- Take detailed histories, perform risk stratification, and create whole-person health profiles.
- Develop personalized prevention and longevity plans.
- Guide patients on preventive, restorative, and optimization pathways.
- Collaborate with allied health providers and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Ensure excellent patient experience with consistent follow-up and monitoring.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical governance.
- Contribute to clinical protocol development, research, and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

- MD in General Medicine or any subspecialty.
- Strong grounding in Lifestyle, Preventive, or Integrative Medicine.
- Passion for longevity, aging biology, metabolic health, and personalized care.
- Comfortable with EMRs and digital health tools.
- Excellent communication, ethical, and protocol-driven professional standards.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

- Lifestyle Medicine certification (IBLM / ACLM)
- Functional or Longevity Medicine training
- Experience in executive health, preventive, or integrative clinics
