Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/Graphic & Digital Designer who can craft visually stunning, modern, and user-friendly designs across web, social media, advertising, and print. The ideal candidate should understand audience psychology, branding principles, grid systems, and be proficient in both traditional design tools and AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Website & UI Design

- Design visually stunning, modern, and user-friendly website layouts using Figma or Photoshop
- Ensure designs are tailored to the target audience while balancing client requirements
- Apply strong UI/UX principles and grid systems
- Create designs that are conversion-focused and brand-aligned

Digital Marketing & Social Media Creatives

- Design highly interactive and appealing posters for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create creatives for:
- Whats App Status
- Facebook & Instagram Feed Posts
- Stories & Reels covers
- Linked In Cover Pages
- Facebook Cover Pages
- Produce visually engaging content optimized for social sharing

Google & Display Advertising

- Design Google Display Ads in multiple standard sizes
- Ensure creatives are attractive, readable, and optimized for performance

Print & Vector Design

- Create print-ready vector designs for:

- - Lanyards
- Flex Banners
- Brochures (A5, A4, Tri-fold, etc.)
- Envelopes & Letterheads
- Prepare files according to professional print standards, including bleed, margins, and color formats
- Coordinate with printers when required

Media & Content Support

- Perform basic editing of short videos and reels
- Optimize visuals for digital platforms

AI-Assisted Design

- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity
- Write effective prompts to generate high-quality design assets
- Use AI image generation tools when appropriate

Required Skills & Tools

Design Tools

- Figma / Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator (mandatory for vector work)
- Knowledge of additional tools like InDesign is a plus

AI & Modern Workflow

- Experience with AI design tools and image generators
- Strong prompting skills to achieve high-quality outputs

Technical Knowledge

- Strong understanding of grid systems and layout design
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Understanding of print production requirements (bleed, DPI, CMYK, etc.)

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, digital, and print work
- Ability to understand client requirements and target audience
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
