✅  What is Needed (Must-Have Skills)

Video Editing (Primary Skill)

• Strong video editing skills for  Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts & Linked In videos

• Ability to create  high-retention, creative & engaging content

• Hands-on experience with  Cap Cut / Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro

• Expertise in  subtitles, transitions, effects & audio sync

Graphic Design

• Design  posters, thumbnails, banners & social media creatives

• Experience with  Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator

• Strong understanding of  brand consistency & visual identity

AI Tools Usage (Mandatory)

• Practical use of  AI tools for content creation & productivity

• Tools like:
– ChatGPT (scripts, captions, ideas)
– AI subtitle & video tools
– AI image tools (Midjourney / DALL
· E or similar)

• Ability to  work faster & smarter using AI

Social Media Knowledge

• Strong understanding of  Instagram & Linked In formats

• Knowledge of  trends, hooks & audience psychology

• Ability to work closely with the founder on  personal branding content

Work Ethic & Mindset

• Strong creativity & content creation capability

• Work will be  mostly offline , sometimes online

• Self-driven, responsible & creative

• Open to feedback & continuous improvement

• Long-term commitment mindset
