Job Description:

1. Audio-Visual Quality Review & File Validation:

• Perform detailed checks on  social media  files, verifying the audio and video quality for archival readiness.

• Ensure adherence to file naming conventions and metadata standards to maintain consistency and searchability.
2. Editorial Coordination & Workflow Alignment:

• Maintain ongoing communication with editors and Video Publication Project Managers to facilitate a smooth and timely archival process.

• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to file inconsistencies, incomplete uploads, or miscommunication.
3. Stem/ Video File Management:

• Oversee the collection, organization, and delivery of stem files to the ILP and GLP teams.

• Ensure that stems are accurately labeled, complete, and compatible with the receiving team's technical requirements.
4. Data Tracking & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of daily archival activities in Jira and Google Sheets.

• Assist in documenting key workflows, file status updates, and issue resolution logs.
5. Backlog and Ad-Hoc Support:

• Provide support in managing archival backlog, including sorting, organizing, and entering data from older or unsorted content repositories.

• Contribute to special data cleanup or classification projects as needed.
6. General Data Curation Duties (as per original JD):

• Ensure data integrity, usability, and categorization across the archive's datasets.

• Tag and categorize assets for easy retrieval using standardized taxonomies.

• Support training efforts and serve as a point of contact for queries related to archived data.
