Executive Assistant to General Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in administrative, coordination, and communication activities. The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong follow-up abilities, and fluency in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Scheduling

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the General Manager

• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence

• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases

• Arrange travel itineraries including tickets, accommodation, and schedules
Communication & Coordination

• Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and messages professionally

• Communicate effectively in English and Hindi with internal departments, clients, and vendors

• Draft letters, notes, and official communications as required
Meetings & Follow-ups

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and arrange meeting rooms

• Take minutes of meetings (MoM) and circulate follow-up action points

• Monitor follow-ups and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

• MBA (any specialization preferred)

• Fluency in English and Hindi

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

• Previous experience in executive assistance or administrative roles is an added advantage
