Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a  Fresher Accountant  to join our finance team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, strong numerical skills, and willingness to learn company-specific financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks
Maintain and update ledgers, vouchers, and financial records
Support the preparation of invoices, purchase entries, and sales entries
Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
Help in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for documentation
Maintain accurate filing systems for bills, receipts, and statements
Follow accounting standards and company policies
Support the senior accountant in audits and internal reviews

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles (debit/credit, ledgers, GST basics)
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table basics preferred)
Good communication and numerical skills
Ability to learn accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books/Odoo – training will be provided)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a professional office environment

B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)
