Freelance Accounts Work Mode: On-site (Weekly once – Friday or Saturday)

Peelamedu, Coimbatore
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Freelance Accounts Executive to manage basic accounting tasks and data entry activities on a weekly basis. The candidate will be required to visit the office once a week (Friday or Saturday) to complete assigned work.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accounting vouchers and maintain proper documentation
Enter accounting and financial data for the week accurately in Excel
Update and record entries in Odoo Accounting module
Verify and reconcile basic transactions
Maintain records of expenses, receipts, and other accounting documents
Coordinate with the internal team for any clarifications
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
Knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in voucher preparation and data entry
Proficient in MS Excel
Hands-on experience with Odoo (preferred)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to visit office weekly once on Friday or Saturday
Attention to detail and accuracy
Work Schedule:
Weekly once (Friday or Saturday) – 9.30 to 6.30
