Your ImpactAs Account Manager, you’ll drive Accelevation’s growth by creating new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring our solutions meet evolving customer needs. Your leadership will directly influence revenue growth, market expansion, and the company’s ability to scale in the fast-moving AI and data center industry.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Lead prospecting efforts, set appointments, and manage the full sales cycle to close new business across all service categories.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to prospective customers, addressing pain points with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards upheld.
- Negotiate contracts and prepare executive-level proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Champion continuous improvement by acting on feedback and aligning sales efforts with company programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience within a the Power Industry & Co-Locations, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for customer events.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with telemarketing and digital marketing practices.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
