Aboutthe Role
The Lead Bartender at Bourbon Steak is a motivated, organized, and passionate beverage professional who leads our bar team with expertise and creativity. You’ll craft exceptional cocktails, educate and inspire staff, manage inventory and beverage costs, and elevate the guest experience with your deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

A motivated beverage professional who is organized, passionate, and professional. You will be a leading part of our beverage team with a passion for educating and enthralling our guests. You have amazing attention to detail, and expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. You work well leading a team, work well under pressure, and have experience in inventory management and beverage costing.
You have a strong desire to learn and take a leading role in staff education and development.
3-5 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bar or restaurant
Exceptional communication skills
Expansive food and beverage knowledge
Experience in recipe development, inventory management, and staff education
Experience in promotions and social media marketing is a plus
Intellectual curiosity
Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
At least 21 years of age
Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
Pay rate: $18/hour plus tips
