Overview

We are hiring immediately for full time COOK positions.

Location:

Coffeyville Community, 400 West 11th Street, Coffeyville, KS 67337.

Schedule:

Full time; days and hours may vary. Evenings and weekends included. More details upon interview.

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty. Tastes all prepared food items.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat.
• Assists in production planning, records keeping and reporting as required; assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers; performs job safely in a clean, safe work environment.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Adheres to all Company policies and procedures, including safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of cooking experience required.

Fixed Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour.
