Location – Palwal

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and control production activities during the assigned shift
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets as per plan
- Maintain product quality standards and ensure safety compliance
- Manage shift manpower, machine operations, and proper shift handover
- Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to reduce downtime and rejection
- Ensure proper production records, documentation, and material traceability
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams for smooth operations
- Ensure housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor
- Diploma / ITI / Engineering in Electrical / Production or related field
- 0.5 to 2 years of experience in cable or wire manufacturing industry
- Experience in shift operations will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of cable manufacturing processes
- Basic understanding of quality systems and safety practices
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Ability to work in shifts and handle shop-floor challenges
