Job Title
Supply Chain Capabilities Senior Analyst Job Purpose Serves as the link between global standards and market supply chain operations to build capabilities, define and maintain process standards, and drive governance and adherence across teams. Ensures local SOPs, onboarding materials, and trainings exist and are current. Plays a critical role in onboarding and filling urgent capability gaps to stabilize operations. Establishes and sustains management systems fundamentals (escalation plans, backup plans, service catalog, process taxonomy, learning and development plans, SOP ownership and lifecycle) to roll out processes that last and improve service and execution.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Build, document, and maintain process standards and SOPs aligned to global standards; ensure localized SOPs, work instructions, templates, and job aids are available and accessible.
- Establish and maintain governance mechanisms and management systems fundamentals, including escalation plans, backup plans, service catalog, process taxonomy, SOP ownership model, and SOP review/renewal routines with version control.
- Drive adherence to standards and SOPs through monitoring, reporting, and coaching; coordinate audits and corrective actions to close gaps.
- Develop and deliver role-based onboarding materials and training curricula; coordinate learning and development plans in partnership with functional leaders.
- Act as rapid response support to fill urgent capability gaps across the team by temporarily back filling critical routines, stabilizing processes, and handing over with SOPs and training.
- Maintain a centralized knowledge repository; ensure knowledge retention through documented SOPs, defined Owners, and regular refresh cycles.
- Partner cross-functionally (e.g., S&OP, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Availability Planning, Logistics) to harmonize standards, resolve issues, and sustain routines.
- Measure capability maturity and governance adherence; create and maintain dashboards and reports; communicate progress, risks, and actions to stakeholders.
- Facilitate and participate in operating rhythms (e.g., daily/weekly drumbeats, monthly governance reviews) to reinforce standards and address exceptions.
- Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities; update standards and SOPs based on feedback and outcomes.
