• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
• Conduct interviews and onboard top talent.
• Coordinate with universities, placement cells, and internship programs.
• Manage intern recruitment and onboarding.
• Promote campaigns of Asiatic and global partners.
• Assist in content writing for Linked In, blog articles, and social media.
• Collaborate with aviation, travel, and corporate brands for partnerships.
• Communicate with partner companies, charter firms, and marketing leads.
• Respond to queries via email and Whats App.

• Strong communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
• Creative mindset with interest in HR.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Linked In, and Canva is a plus.
• Self‑motivated and good at multitasking.

• Global exposure to aviation and business marketing.
• Practical experience in recruitment and client management.
• Opportunities to lead international collaboration projects.
• Certificate, Letter of Recommendation & potential to join full‑time.
