As a Executive Head Chef at Crerar Hotels, you will take overall responsibility for leading the kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. You will oversee menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations while ensuring the highest quality standards. Your role will also involve managing budgets, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, and driving sales and innovation in our food offering.

On top of the fantastic benefits below, we offer a salary of £60,000 to £65,000 per annum.
