- To explain bill to patients consul ling regarding day to day expenditure surgery cost etc..
- To carryout and intimate patients about payment of dues and answer there quires in these regard
- To ensure that the payment is done by patients
- Report to manger TAT about any incidences or escalating issue
- To give the estimation of CMRF other than that PMRF
- To estimate the expenditure of special procedure and ensure the collection of 80% before procedure
- To coordinate with doctors and other department staff
- To prepare all general correspondence letters received by patients
- Daily floor visits /patients rounds and counseling, cross verify the raised bill against the pending collection, payment advance collection for LAMA & seriously ill patients
