Successfully winning key contracts with targeted customers manufacturing products that require Advanced Packaging is one of your key objectives.

Regular and accurate reporting of regional performance plus assessment of sales initiatives against set performance targets for our targeted customers and segments will be required. Fluent interpretation of performance metrics, presenting findings effectively, and suggesting corrective measures plus action plans is crucial in this role. Actions plans on how we can improve and reiterate to optimise performance is instrumental after the progress reports have been communicated to HQ.

You will serve as the vanguard of the company before our customers, and competitors in the region in our niche. This will require outwards excellent image projection, top-notch customer relationship skills, and a strong command of your strategic goals for the development of your region for the company. One key area to focus on would be to project the image of us as one of the global tooling leaders in Advanced Packaging phase and to present and position ourselves at the forefront of the process development for the customers in your region.

This responsibility entails designing and executing progressive, market-specific strategies meant to enlarge our market share and surpass regional sales targets for our targeted product segments in Semiconductor Assembly and Test. For instance, we have a core development initiative for Memory related products such as NAND, DRAM and SRAM - strategic development efforts along this direction will be needed in your plan for the customers in the region.
Duties will involve a balanced mix of hands-on-field execution, constructive collaboration with the HQ, and strategy evaluation against KPIs.

The position requires the execution of other BD administrative management duties like recruitment, management of sales budgets and ensuring company policy coherence in your jurisdiction. You are also required the get familiarised and be an expert in the CRM platform used by the company and to drive its adoption for your region.
