- • Support sales efforts on new benefit accounts
- ⦁ Analyze plan performance, utilization, and claims data; develop design changes aligned with business objectives and regulatory constraints
- ⦁ Lead end-to-end benefits consulting engagements for mid-market employers (50–5,000+ lives), focusing on plan design, cost containment, and employee experience
- • Oversee daily service for existing clients
- • Lead and mentor benefit service staff
- ⦁ Build and present customized total compensation / total rewards programs, including health, life, disability, and voluntary benefits
- • Ensure compliance with all client data requirements
