• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for guests.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising and signing where required.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest services is returned to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance at all times.
• Work safely; comply with safety policies, report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up (DU) while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and engaging to solve their needs.
• Thank guests and convey appreciation for choosing to shop at Target.
• All other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment while accomplishing multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders when required.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other conditions while performing duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift (shift length may vary).
