• Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move quickly in a hot, high-volume environment

• Set up your station and prep ingredients ahead of service
• Cook menu items with accuracy and consistency
• Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
• Communicate clearly with teammates during high-volume shifts
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Line cook experience in a busy kitchen
• Reliable and ready to work with a positive attitude
• Good knife skills and comfort working multiple stations
• Team-focused and cool under pressure
