About Dockside RestaurantDockside offers delicious lakeside dining at Coeur d’Alene Resort, featuring fresh seafood, steaks, and stunning views. We are seeking a detail‑oriented Food Expeditor to ensure timely, accurate delivery of meals to our guests.
The RoleAs a Food Expeditor, you will coordinate between kitchen staff and servers, making sure every dish is perfect and delivered promptly to guests.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and prioritize food orders coming from the kitchen
- Check dishes for presentation, accuracy, and quality before service
- Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth delivery
- Relay special requests and modifications to the kitchen accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the expediting area
- Assist with maintaining a smooth flow during busy service times
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
