We’re building something special at Cross Creek—where faith and excellence meet. If you have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and desire to grow, we want to talk. We’re expanding to three crews and managing multiple six-figure projects. You’ll learn to build luxury hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, custom structures, and outdoor living spaces clients invest significantly into.

This is NOT typical landscape work. No maintenance or mowing—only high-end construction. We need humble, teachable individuals who take pride in excellent work and want to glorify God through their craftsmanship.

• Premium Hardscaping: Natural stone and paver installations, retaining walls, seat walls, steps, proper base prep, grading, and drainage systems.
• Outdoor Living Structures: Outdoor kitchens, pergolas, pavilions, fire pits, fireplaces, and entertainment areas.
• Site Work: Excavation, grading, drainage solutions, irrigation, lighting, and soil prep.
• Equipment Operation: Skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, concrete saws, and power tools.

We will train you in all areas. Experience helpful but not required—we’re looking for the right heart and attitude.
