Manufacturing Production, Operations Engineer

- Prepare and operate CNC or computer-controlled cutting equipment, including downloading programs and loading required materials and tools.
- Perform test runs to identify potential issues prior to full production and make necessary adjustments.
- Set up, adjust, and operate basic and specialized machine tools to complete precision machining operations.
- Identify and correct problems before producing complete workpiece quantities.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate immediately with the Production Manager regarding injuries, unsafe conditions, equipment failures, or quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, test run findings, material usage, and production results.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe; return tools and materials to proper storage.
- Properly dispose of waste materials after completing assignments.
- Essential Functions:
- Assist with general shop housekeeping and material handling.
- Support other production areas as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support manufacturing operations.
The standard schedule for this position is:
- Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Night Shift: Monday–Wednesday, 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM, and Thursday, 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Flexibility may be required to work additional hours, evenings, or weekends based on production needs.

Required:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality.
- Must be safety-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be a U.S citizen

The pay range for this role is 1,900 - 2,700 USD per hour.
